She has a proven track record of guiding clients through complex legal challenges, particularly in ensuring compliance with workplace privacy regulations. Her expertise covers critical areas such as recruitment processes, video surveillance, and benefits and compensation. Additionally, Aleksandra has conducted thorough risk assessments related to the international transfer of personal data.

During her internship in the labor law department of a prestigious international law firm in Warsaw, Aleksandra further honed her skills in drafting essential HR documents and analyzing labor laws across various jurisdictions.

While pursuing her studies, Aleksandra was an active member of the University Legal Clinic, where she provided legal advice on labor and civil law matters.

She has also distinguished herself by winning several legal competitions, including the Law Academy by Deloitte and the “Itelect” new technology law competition.
