Bartłomiej supports clients in ongoing matters relating to both individual and collective employment law. He focuses on relations between employers and trade unions, as well as issues concerning the special protection of employment relationships.
In his professional practice to date, he has been involved in the preparation of legal opinions, draft pleadings and employment documentation in both Polish and English. He has also participated in preparing responses to clients’ enquiries and analysing issues related to individual and collective employment law. He gained experience at Warsaw-based law firms and international advisory organisations, where he worked on projects involving day-to-day employment law advice for employers.
Bartłomiej’s professional interests focus on employment law, in particular matters concerning trade unions, collective disputes and the protection of trade union representatives. He is currently preparing his master’s thesis entitled „Special Protection of Trade Union Representatives Against Termination of Employment”.
He completed the university tutoring programme „Negotiation of Legal Issues”, developing practical skills in negotiation and legal problem analysis. He is also a finalist of the 11th National Employment Law Competition organised by CMS Poland, where he received a distinction in the negotiation tournament.
Bartłomiej has also been actively involved in student and academic organisations. He served on the board of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Warszawa and was Vice-President of the Administrative Law Academic Society at UKSW.
He is a fifth-year law student at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and a recipient of the Rector’s scholarship for academic excellence.
He is fluent in English.
