Bartosz collaborates closely with Management Boards and Supervisory Boards, contributing his expertise to strategic projects, particularly in the HR domain.
Throughout his career, Bartosz has negotiated collective bargaining agreements and other agreements with trade unions, handling industrial disputes when necessary. He also conducts internal investigations.
