Since 2023, she has been assisting senior lawyers at HRLS in providing advice on labor law.
She specializes in collective labor law, as well as labor law litigation, including cases involving bullying, determination of the existence of an employment relationship, and protection of the employer’s personal rights. Her experience also encompasses drafting HR documentation and intra-company acts, such as labor regulations and salary regulations.
Paulina has participated in projects related to negotiating collective bargaining agreements, collective layoffs, and job liquidation. She has supported clients in identifying risks and developing optimal operational strategies.
Her professional interests extend to criminal law alongside labor law. She authored a master’s thesis entitled „Crimes against the rights of persons performing gainful employment from Chapter XXVIII of the Criminal Code.”
She gained previous professional experience starting from 2019 in Warsaw-based law firms, specializing in dispute resolution practice.
