Róża Skrobiś is a trainee attorney-at-law.
She advises on day-to-day matters in employment law—both collective and individual—as well as civil and social security law. She has experience leading teams, conducting substantive reviews of legal opinions, pleadings, and motions, and supporting complex negotiations. Róża also delivers workshops and training sessions and contributes to legal publications in the field of employment law.
She gained professional experience in trade union organisations and a university legal clinic. At a trade union legal office, she coordinated student internships, prepared legal opinions for members, and oversaw document management. At the Student Legal Advice Centre “Law Clinic” at the University of Łódź (internship completed with distinction), she drafted pleadings and opinions across civil, employment, family, criminal, and social security law. She has also worked in educational administration and the banking sector.
Her particular interests include collective labour law, employee protests and strikes, and workplace rights such as protection against harassment and discrimination.
Róża graduated from the University of Łódź in June 2025 with a Master’s degree in law, specializing in economic and European law. Her master’s thesis, “Between Workers’ Self-Government and a National Federation: The Political and Constitutional Doctrine of Josip Broz Tito,” was awarded a very good grade, and she graduated with the same distinction.
