Furthermore, Sylwia supports employers in implementing measures to counter bullying and conducts training in this area.

Sylwia’s professional experience also encompasses issues related to the legalization of work and residence for foreigners in Poland. Thanks to her dedication and meticulous analysis of regulations, she has successfully obtained the necessary documents within a short period of time.

Her professional interests also extend to criminal law matters, particularly the criminal liability of employers and the protection of employees’ rights.

Sylwia graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a very good degree in law. Her conscientiousness and perseverance in pursuing her goals led to her receiving the Rector’s scholarship for outstanding students during her studies, as well as winning subject competitions.
